Primary Responsibilities

You will work on major projects. You have to bring your own ideas to solve problems. And you have to help other people in the learning process.

Required skills and experience

Good knowledge in PHP, MySQL, XHTML/HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience in working on PHP and MySQL based applications
knowledge of web standards and must follow good coding standards
Good coding skill and good logic, should able to solve problems related to application development (project)
Knowledge in CodeIgniter, CakePHP, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal or other PHP frameworks or CMS will be an added advantage
Knowledge in cURL, SOAP, XML-RPC or other Web Service technology will be an added advantage
Knowledge in Ruby on Rails will be an added advantage
Knowledge in JQuery, Prototype and other JavaScript frameworks will be an added advantage
Experience in working with any good PHP IDE will be an added advantage

Web Interface Designer (Creative Director)

Primary Responsibilities

You will spend most of your time in reading design blogs, tutorials and adopting new design trends. Sometimes (or most of the times depending upon the requirement) you have to design cool, user friendly, either minimalistic or blazing websites or web application interfaces. Sometimes you may need to design Logos, other stationery, illustrations etc. But whatever you do should WOW.

Required skills and experience

Must have good experience of designing web pages and web application interfaces
Must be a creative person. Must have artistic skills, not just good at design software
Must have experience in working with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or the open source alternatives
Basic knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, Grid System is an added advantage
Knowledge of Flash is an added advantage
